Absolutely Beautiful June 12, 2026 Reviewer: Susan Brooks from San Diego, CA United States   I just received my backpack yesterday and couldn't believe how beautiful and well-made it is.    I love the variations in the brown leather and am so happy that it is soft and will get softer with use.    I wore it today and it was comfortable, the straps did not cut into my shoulders, and it is not heavy at all, even with all my stuff inside!!    I ordered the push-locks under the buckles and realize now what a good idea that was.    It's much faster and easier to open/close without having to buckle/unbuckle each time.  I am very pleased with my purchase and want to add an extra thank you to the Custom Hide customer service staff for answering all my questions before I decided which backpack to buy.   Good job, Custom Hide!! Excellent backpack; even better customer service May 1, 2025 Reviewer: Santiago U. from HOUSTON, TX United States   I made my purchase on February 2024. I received the backpack promptly after the stated wait time. The quality, craftsmanship, and design were stellar. Upon further review of the inside zipper pocket, there was a small section (~2cm) which was missing stitching. I contacted the customer service team next day and sent them pictures of the gap. Without hesitation, the team requested I return the backpack for them to inspect and correct the missing stitching. Their turnaround was exactly one week, as they stated. After receiving the backpack for a second time, it was in perfect condition. The team made a great product and more importantly, backed their lifetime warranty immediately. Original Backpack May 1, 2025 Reviewer: Sergio D'Agostino from Melbourne, Australia   Beautiful piece of American leather artisanry. How Custom Hide manage to finesse such sturdy, full-grain cow leather is something else. My only regret is the bag probably has more earth years left than I do. Was this review helpful to you?
