Repair Process for Your Custom Hide Item

If your Custom Hide item requires repair, please contact our Customer Service team at @[email protected] to initiate the process. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your repair claim.

Please include the following in your email:

• Your order number

• Any relevant order details

Important Notes:

• A shipping and handling fee of $22.50 will apply for repairs requested after one year from the original purchase date.

• Packages sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

This warranty covers repairs for Custom Hide products and is valid only for the original recipient. It is non-transferable and does not include replacements, refurbishments, or repairs of products or parts by third parties. If parts are removed, altered, or repaired by an unauthorized service provider, the warranty will be void. Replacement parts for lost or damaged items are available at an additional cost.

Please note that this warranty does not cover scuffing, staining, fraying, lacerations, or normal wear and tear. However, we are happy to offer recommendations and care tips to help you address these issues and maintain the quality of your product.
