The quality, craftsmanship, and design were stellar. Upon further review of the inside zipper pocket, there was a small section (~2cm) which was missing stitching. I contacted the customer service team next day and sent them pictures of the gap. Without hesitation, the team requested I return the backpack for them to inspect and correct the missing stitching. Their turnaround was exactly one week, as they stated. After receiving the backpack for a second time, it was in perfect condition. I couldn't really ask for anything better, thick beautiful leather that will last and lifetime and then some. I love that it's still very rugged yet without all the extra handwear and straps that other premium leather begs have that make them look a little too rugged for an office setting and little more suited for searching caves for ancient artifacts with a whip and a fedora. I couldn't recommend Custom Hide any more, fantastic company
