Excellent backpack; even better customer service April 14, 2024 Reviewer: Santiago U. from HOUSTON, TX United States   I made my purchase on February 2024. I received the backpack promptly after the stated wait time. The quality, craftsmanship, and design were stellar. Upon further review of the inside zipper pocket, there was a small section (~2cm) which was missing stitching. I contacted the customer service team next day and sent them pictures of the gap. Without hesitation, the team requested I return the backpack for them to inspect and correct the missing stitching. Their turnaround was exactly one week, as they stated. After receiving the backpack for a second time, it was in perfect condition. The team made a great product and more importantly, backed their lifetime warranty immediately.
