How to Order

Returns

The entire Custom Hide Collection is backed by a Lifetime Warranty.

Your item will be repaired free of charge and shipped back to you within 15 business days.

If your Custom Hide item should require repair, you must first contact our customer service by emailing Cservice@customhide.com for issuance of an RA number, and instructions on how to proceed with your repair claim.
(Please provide your order number, or other order details when emailing our returns department.)

Note: There is a $10 shipping & handling charge for each item submitted for repair, after one year from the original purchase date.

Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, and soils are not covered by this warranty.
